Keeping fit and well in Broomfield Park

In recent months an informal group has formed to bring together runners and walkers who regularly used Broomfield Park . Broomfield Active Club meet for Tuesday morning Run Club, Saturday morning walks, cycling and tennis as well as Cafe Catch-ups. Members also arrange ad hoc meet-ups for sports, lunchtime walks, and other social activity.


The group uses a simple What's App approach to connecting local people - you can join in by scanning the QR codes above.


A new development following the "Make Space for Girls" project led by the Palmers Greenery Community Cafe is a weekly Teen Girls running session - meeting at the Cafe at 10am on Sunday mornings.
